The Salt Road at Neethlingshof is making the most of harvest season by using some on the natural must (or mos as it’s known in Afrikaans) produced in the wine making process to prepare mosbolletjies and a lovely pizza base for their harvest special.

As long as harvest continues you’ll receive mosbolletjies to accompany your Cheese & Meat Platter, or you can order a mos-based pizza with braised lamb bobotie and peach chutney. We tried out both dishes and it is fair to say they are both delicious!
