Exciting news! Our beloved Wine Down Wednesdays are making a comeback, starting from October 4th, just in time for the summer season!

Neethlingshof Estate invites you to join us every Wednesday for the perfect mid-week break in our Wine Garden. It’s a time to truly ‘wine’ down, relax, and recharge. Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance as you enjoy live music acts while savouring a glass of our award-winning wines and indulging in a delectable selection of pizzas and platters. If you’re feeling adventurous, explore our tasting and wine pairings, including older vintages, and take advantage of some fantastic specials and promotions for the evening.

Live music kicks off at 17h30 and wraps up at 20h30, while our kitchen and tastings close at 20h00. Join us for a memorable evening of music, wine, and delightful cuisine as we celebrate the return of Wine Down Wednesdays at Neethlingshof!

On October 14th, as we raise our glasses to this exceptional grape varietal, you can also lace up your running shoes and take part in a thrilling 6km Jeep track off-road run/walk at Neethlingshof. It’s the perfect opportunity to blend your love for Pinotage with an active adventure. This Pinotage Fun Run promises an unforgettable experience of wine, fun, and fitness—mark your calendar for a day filled with Pinotage delights!

Marrianna Booyens is the artist that will guide you through this journey. She will be teaching you through a Demo so you can see how she would approach a Still life. Learn about colours, composition, and using 3 tones to bring objects to life. And have fun along the way!
Words from the artist: “This is an invitation to come and slow down a bit, to engage all your senses and experience a unique table, laid out as a Still Life that an artist would love to paint. Think of Cobalt Blues and deep oranges, the sunny yellow of a lemon, the taste and smell of good bread, cheeses and butter…and of course, some really good wine.
Add into this a creative mix of learning to express what inspires you…whether novice or advanced. To paint or portray even a little part of a beautiful Still life can be a rewarding, exhilirating and intriquing affair. An affair of the heart, full of colour, and joy, and sounds that vibrate life and goodness”.

Come and join us for a fun-filled Easter weekend. We’ve got a whole host of activities planned to make your day extra special!

To start with, we’ll be giving away fresh and delicious Mos Hot cross buns to every table – the perfect way to kick off your Easter celebrations. And for the little ones, we’ll be holding a Bunny Hunt for Easter eggs throughout the day. They’re sure to have a blast!

In addition to our freshly baked hot cross buns, we’ll also have a special Easter hot-cross bun pairing available for the month of April. You’ll get to try our buns with a variety of delicious fillings, making for a truly unforgettable Easter treat.

But that’s not all. We’re also excited to announce that we’ll have live music performances on Saturday 8 April from 12h00 to 15h00, to keep you entertained while you enjoy your meal. It’s the perfect way to spend the Easter weekend with family and friends.
