First Sunday Live Music at Neethlingshof Estate is Back!
“Oppie Plaas” Events will take place on Sunday 7 August and we at Neethlingshof invite you to join us for our very first ‘First Sundays Live Music’ session of the season. To kick off this season, talented David Derman will be performing from 12h00 to 15h00, while you enjoy wine, pizza and other light meal options – a perfect ending to your week!
These sessions will take place every first Sunday of the month starting 7 August 2022.

Live music starts at 12h00 until 15h00 but you are welcome to join us from 10h00.
PINOTAGE FUN RUN – 8 October 2022
It’s nearing that time of the year again where we team up with Runventures and invite you to one of our favourite yearly events to celebrate International Pinotage Day.
Join us by participating in this FUN 6km Jeep track off road run / walk. Enjoy wine tastings from various wine farms all along the route. Tastings +/- every kilometer.
We have been hosting this event for the last 10 years and can guarantee you that this is the most fun you will have this year. Food, music, entertainment and more fun waiting at the finish line.
When: 8 October 2022
Where: Neethlingshof Estate, Polkadraai road, Stellenbosch
Time: Starting from 09h00 (scattered start, to spread the field arriving at tasting stations)
Cost: R325 (includes all the tastings and a bottle of wine), or enter now for early bird discount. R150 (run only, no tastings)
Capped at 500 participants so get your entry soon to avoid disappointment!
Late entries accepted on the day (IF THERE ARE LEFT) from 07:00 – 09:00.

Nothing quite beats your gees paired up with our wines as we celebrate SA’s national treasure, Pinotage. So get a move on those whacky costumes and we’ll see you on 8 October for a day filled with laughing, wine, live music, incredibly delicious food and potentially some running.
Neethlingshof Full Moon Run
We are extremely excited to host you on our beautiful grounds on Wednesday 13 April 2022. This will be the final night run of the Runventure Full Moon Run series.
The event consists of a 5km and 10km route. It’s a night run, so be sure to bring a light or a headlamp (compulsory), as the run will be in the dark! It is also important to bring your own cup or soft flask. #ICarryMyOwn
This is not just a run but a fun evening out. Come enjoy live music, good food and your favourite Neethlingshof wine after the run. Bring your friends along to relax and sip on wine while sharing one of our mouthwatering pizzas!
Stand a chance to win an Acebeam H40 Headlamp – the perfect way to light the way at future night runs.
Futurama will also be there on the night, giving your the opportunity to upgrade your headlamp before winter starts.

Die Wors Rol will also be operating selling the following:
- Die Wors Rol @ R90 22cm Frankfurter, homemade sweet mustard, thrice fried wedges, coleslaw and tomato sauce
- Die Calamari Rol @ R85 Salt & Pepper squid, lemongrass pesto, slap chips, blushed tomato salsa;
- Die Veggie Roll @ R90 Moroccan style chicken fillets, Blushed tomato salsa, lemongrass pesto, and wedges.

- One water point is available on the long course – please carry your own cup or soft flask (Covid regulations)

We have introduced our First Sunday Live Music series, taking place on the first Sunday of the month for the summer season. Book a table with us and enjoy a glass of wine, pizza or wine tasting accompanied with live music by local artists from 12h00 to 15h00.

Wine Down Wednesdays are Back for the New Summer Season!
Wine Down Wednesdays are back for the summer season! Every Wednesday, Neethlingshof Estate invites you to enjoy a perfect mid-week break in our Wine Garden or picnic spot, ‘wine’ down, relax and recharge! Enjoy a variety of live music acts whilst sipping on a glass of our award winning wines and indulging in a delicious selection of pizzas, platters and other light meals. Tasting and wine pairings will also be available, including older vintages as well as some great specials and promotions for the evening. Live music will start at 17h30 and end at 20h30, kitchen and tastings close at 20h00.
