TASTING NOTES
Pronounced summertime aromatics of cranberry, redcurrant, strawberry yoghurt and pomegranate with a touch of white pepper. Crisp, fresh dry wine with lively acidity with a flavour profile of strawberry, red plum, nectarine and a hint of candy floss on the palate. Elegant and concentrated finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Excellent enjoyed on its own, as a base for cocktails or served with salmon or prawn pasta and carpaccio, sushi, smoked cold meats as well as salads. Also, a great match with fruit-based desserts or strawberries drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

WINEMAKING & MATURATION
This wine was handcrafted with care, using grapes picked in mid-February at just the right ripeness. The juice was gently separated from the grape skins early on to maintain a light and fresh colour. After a clean and careful clarification process, the wine fermented over 14 days in cool stainless-steel tanks to preserve its delicate flavours. It then rested briefly on the lees to add a touch of richness before being lightly refined and filtered for clarity and stability.
